That's the first thing everyone asks. Every submission is scored before it publishes — link stuffing, disposable email domains, duplicate text and bursts from a single source all count against it. Obvious spam is quarantined and never appears publicly. Anything borderline is published but flagged for you, with the reason it was caught, and one click restores it. Your users never see a CAPTCHA.
Yes. It's a single switch in Branding settings on Pro and above. It's off by default because open feedback is the point of the product, but if you need accounts, you can have them — and you can always turn it back off, on any plan.
One workspace, a public board, roadmap and changelog, unlimited posts and votes, and up to two team members. There's no cap on how much feedback you can collect and no time limit. Paid plans add attachments, contacting submitters, a verified owner badge, more seats and more workspaces.
Your board lives on your own subdomain with your logo and brand colour on every plan. Custom domains aren't available yet. Tenant boards carry no FeedBoard advertising of any kind.
Yes. Your feedback, roadmap and changelog belong to you, and there's a REST API to read it all out. Deleting your account removes the workspaces you own along with their contents — no lock-in and no hostage-taking.
